We are seeking a dependable, compassionate and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. A Chiropractic Assistant are vital healthcare professionals who manage both clinical care and front-desk operations.

Duties
- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Assist in the collection of patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Provide support during patient treatments, ensuring comfort and understanding of procedures.
- Utilize practice management software for various administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
- Support the doctors and team with daily operations.
- Scribe for the doctors and assist with therapies
Qualifications
- Strong communiction and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Previous healthcare, chiropractic, receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
The job will use math skills, phone skills, computer skills, credit card equipment and other skills that we are willing to train.

Available employee hours are as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8-6:30 with an hour lunch
- Tuesday 2-6:30
