We are currently seeking Territory Sales Managers to join our rapidly growing company. Multiple regions are available as we continue expanding to better support our customers and strengthen our service across the market.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of innovative turfgrass equipment, collaborating with established dealer networks to introduce and promote both new and existing products, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities – Territory Sales Manager
- Drive sales of turf equipment and select commercial products within an assigned territory
- Conduct regular field visits with existing customers while actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Manage customer expectations throughout the entire sales, delivery, and service lifecycle
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating and presenting all product and equipment lines
- Deliver accurate and timely pricing while maintaining strong profit margins
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, growth, and profitability
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospects, projects, forecasts, and quotations
- Confidently present products through demonstrations, proposals, and public presentations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding equipment, customer needs, and operational updates
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and promote products within the territory
- Participate in manufacturer training sessions, industry events, and regional trade shows
- Assist with branch operations, including annual inventory and other business needs as required

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required
- Turf industry experience
- Knowledge of landscape products, power equipment, and related parts highly preferred
- Excellent sales, communication (written and verbal), and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism, tact, and relationship-building ability
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record that meets insurance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business software
Additional Requirements
- Ability to safely operate a pickup truck while towing a trailer and equipment
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects on occasion (typically up to 40 lbs)
- Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory
