What You'll Do:
- Perform emergency roadside assistance (tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, lockouts, minor repairs)
- Operate light to medium-duty wreckers & rollbacks for towing, accident recovery, rollovers, and winch outs
- Respond to dispatch calls safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate ETA communication
- Complete daily reports, paperwork, and vehicle logs in a timely manner
- Inspect, clean, and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Follow safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times
What You Bring:
- Current DOT Physical & Ability to Pass a Drug Test
- Clean Background & Insurable Driving Record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations
