Contributions
- Support development and maintenance of a comprehensive ICAM Program and Product Strategy, including policy and technology roadmaps
- Establish program tracking tools, milestone registries, and dependency maps
- Coordinate across the client and its implementation partners to integrate workstreams and resolve dependencies — explicitly without owning or directing implementation execution
- Facilitate stakeholder focus groups annually to define current-state/future-state ICAM vision and inform a prioritized improvement roadmap
- Develop and deliver quarterly system owner communications and engagement activities, ICAM program status reports, and leadership dashboards with risk summaries and recommended actions
- Maintain compliance alignment across all coordination artifacts with HSPD-12, M-19-17, CIO Directive 25-03, NIST 800-63, and FICAM requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of total experience
- 8 years of identity, credential, and access management experience, including program-level (not just technical implementation) roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of HSPD-12, CIO Directive 25-03, NIST 800-63, and FICAM requirements
- Strong cross-organizational coordination skills, including working with multiple implementation partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing status reports and executive-facing dashboards
- Experience specifically in a coordination/PMO capacity rather than hands-on IAM engineering
- Federal ICAM program experience
- CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity/identity management certification
