What You’ll Do
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and cleanup work
- Assist with restoration tasks on residential & commercial sites
- Set up and monitor equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, meters)
- Document job conditions with photos and moisture readings
- Provide compassionate, professional customer service during stressful events
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Work as part of a “One Team” crew that supports each other every day
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Great communication and customer service
- Experience in restoration, construction, or demolition a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow (training provided!)
