About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, outgoing Business Development Specialist to grow our commercial and industrial restoration business. You’ll connect with property managers, facility directors, contractors, and insurance contacts—introducing our water restoration solutions and building lasting relationships.
This is a field-focused, client-facing role—no estimating required—where your sales skills and relationship-building drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Find and engage new commercial and industrial clients.
- Visit sites to understand client needs and present our services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track opportunities and follow up to generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project launches.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years sales experience in restoration, construction, property services, or similar.
- Confident presenting to commercial and industrial clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
