Position Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver who is efficient in managing inventory and skilled in driving. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities within our warehouse and on the road, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, and accurately store incoming materials, ensuring proper documentation and placement.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Deliver orders, verify shipments, and interact with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any service issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, operate forklifts and other equipment, and support inventory management processes.
• Participate in team meetings and strategic planning sessions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Complete required training through Win University and maintain up-to-date certifications for all operational standards.

Qualifications/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in warehousing operations and operation of 16-20' delivery trucks.
• Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Hydronics preferred. Training and familiarization will be provided; however, new employees are expected to learn quickly and become self-proficient in pulling customer orders, ultimately ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
• After training and evaluation, new employees should master their skills within 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency in using the WISE system and handling various warehouse technologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Physical tasks are part of the job, such as loading delivery trucks with valuable inventory like boilers, water heaters, mini splits, furnaces, and different kinds of piping for residential and commercial use. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds without risking injury.
