A Cannabis Packaging and Labeling Associate is responsible for preparing, weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products in strict adherence to LCB regulations and company standards. This entry-level role demands exceptional attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging and Labeling: Accurately weighing, packaging, and labeling various cannabis products for distribution and sale.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and state regulations to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with strict legal guidelines. This includes performing final quality checks on finished products and labeling.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining precise records, tracking product weights and units produced, and assisting with seed-to-sale inventory systems.
- Sanitation & Safety: Upholding high standards of personal hygiene and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with health and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and assist in other areas of production as needed, such as trimming or order fulfillment.
