Overview

As a Host/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining experience is enjoyable and efficient.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Support food service operations by assisting in delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by communicating effectively with both guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor and commitment to providing excellent guest services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
