Role Summary
As the Middle School Office Manager (Level 3), you will coordinate and supervise the daily administrative and clerical operations of a comprehensive middle school. Working in a high-traffic environment, you will manage school budgets/bookkeeping, coordinate building schedules, oversee office staff, and serve as the confidential liaison to the Building Principal. You will work collaboratively with the district office, staff, and the community to ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

- Proven Mastery: 3–5 years of successful experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is required. Experience in an educational or high-volume corporate setting is preferred.

- Operational Leadership: Manage the daily flow of the middle school main office, ensuring all clerical tasks are completed with accuracy and professionalism.
- Budget Coordination: Oversee building-level accounts, manage activity funds, process purchase orders, and ensure compliance with district financial policies.
- Administrative Liaison: Provide high-level support to the Building Principal, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating building-wide events.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate student and staff records, manage building keys/security access, and coordinate the distribution of critical school communications.
- Community Connection: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and community partners, ensuring every person who enters the school feels valued and informed.
