We’re seeking a seasoned build and release architect with experience delivering software across devices, cloud platforms, and mobile applications. This role is for someone who enjoys building robust systems, solving hard problems, and helping platforms scale as they grow. You’ll thrive here if you like diving into complexity, creating practical solutions, and collaborating closely with others to improve how things are built and shipped.
- 12 years experience designing and operating build systems for complex, multi-platform software
- Strong experience with CI/CD tooling, including Jenkins
- Hands-on experience releasing mobile applications (Flutter, Android, and/or iOS)
- Familiarity with mobile app store release processes
- Deep experience with macOS-based build environments and mobile toolchains
- Strong background with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP), and GitHub
- Experience supporting build systems for embedded or firmware-based software
- Knowledge of dependency management, branching strategies, and multi-release workflows
- Experience integrating automated testing into build and CI pipelines
Responsibilities
- Own and improve build and release systems across mobile, cloud, and embedded platforms
- Design automation and internal tools that reduce manual developer workflows
- Maintain clear documentation for build systems and tooling
- Architect and evolve CI/CD pipelines using modern best practices
- Continuously evaluate and improve build and release tooling
