This time, the focus is different: we’re doubling down on Seattle, serving the companies that shape this city and the greater region.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead marketing strategies across brand, content, and media that drive measurable growth.
- Translate messy client goals into clear strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables.
- Analyze performance data, uncover insights, and turn them into actionable next steps.
- Collaborate with creative, paid, and leadership teams to bring big ideas to life.
- Stay plugged into emerging trends, platforms, and cultural shifts—knowing what matters before everyone else does.
- Present confidently to clients, guiding them through both strategy and execution with clarity and conviction.
What We’re Looking For
- You live in Seattle or can reliably commute to the city.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand, or growth roles.
- Strong understanding of how creative, content, and media intersect.
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, energized by momentum.
- Exceptional communicator who can simplify complex problems.
- A strategist who’s not afraid to get tactical when it matters.
