We’re hiring a Creative & Marketing Designer to help us bring ideas to life across brand design, presentation design, and digital marketing. You’ll collaborate directly with our creative and operational leads to produce decks, campaigns, and visual systems that make brands stand out.

Responsibilities

• Design client pitch decks and presentations that align with each brand’s tone and visual language.
  
  
• Maintain and evolve 36N’s brand identity across all materials and digital touchpoints.
  
  
• Create website layouts, UI/UX concept drafts, and digital product visuals.
  
  
• Develop ad content, campaign assets, and branded marketing materials in collaboration with media and design teams.
  
  
• Support creative strategy through visually cohesive storytelling and layouts.
  
  

Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing brand, deck, and web/UI design work.
  
  
• 2 years of experience as a marketing designer, visual designer, or brand designer (agency experience preferred).
  
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, UGC campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines.
  
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills.
  
  

Ideal Experience

• Framer – web layout and live prototyping
  
  
• Figma – UI/UX design and responsive layout systems
  
  
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  
  
• Canva – quick-turn branded content and presentation design
