Location: Preferably local to Upstate New York / within 2–3 hours of Glens Falls, NY
Duration: Initial 8-week Discovery Phase with strong potential for extension through a 1.5 year engagement

Overview
Stealth Talent Solutions is supporting a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation for a manufacturing organization. The client is replacing a legacy ERP platform with D365 across multiple business units and functional areas, including manufacturing, finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, customer service, and sales.
We are seeking a Lead Change Management Consultant to support the discovery and planning phase of the transformation. This individual will work closely with executive stakeholders, the Systems Integrator, and impacted business teams to assess organizational readiness, identify personas and use cases, evaluate change impacts, and help drive adoption strategy for the new ERP environment.
This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership and operational teams in a manufacturing environment where change adoption and stakeholder engagement will be critical to the success of the implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support organizational change management activities during the ERP discovery and planning phase
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, change readiness assessments, and change impact assessments
- Identify and validate business personas across impacted departments
- Gather and document business use cases to support persona-based training and communications strategies
- Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and operational teams to understand current-state workflows and future-state processes
- Develop recommendations for communication, training, and engagement strategies tailored to different business functions
- Work alongside the Systems Integrator and program leadership during kickoff and planning activities
- Support onsite workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings as needed
- Help establish long-term change enablement strategies that will continue into future implementation phases

Required Experience
- 5 years of Change Management experience supporting ERP or large-scale business transformation initiatives
- Strong experience working within manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting ERP implementations such as D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and operational/shop floor teams
- Experience conducting:

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly visible enterprise transformation programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing ERP implementations with minimal customization
- Background working with engineering-heavy or process-oriented organizations
- Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are a plus
- Consulting experience working with Systems Integrators or enterprise transformation programs preferred
Salary : $180,000 - $191,000
