About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior SaaS Sales Recruiter to drive hiring for revenue-generating roles across the organization. You’ll partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to attract and close top-tier talent across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the nuances of hiring high-performing sales professionals in SaaS.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles (SDR, BDR, AE, Sales Manager, Director, VP)
- Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Build strong pipelines of high-performing SaaS sales talent across multiple segments
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, outbound, talent mapping)
- Assess candidates on quota attainment, deal size, sales cycle, and performance metrics
- Manage the hiring process from intake to offer close, ensuring excellent candidate experience
- Track and optimize recruiting metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline conversion
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of recruiting experience, with strong focus on SaaS sales roles
- Proven track record hiring top-performing AEs, SDRs, and sales leaders
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics (ARR, quota, ACV, sales cycles, win rates)
- Experience recruiting across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Strong stakeholder management with Sales leadership and executives
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or modern sales tech stacks
