Stealth Startup is looking for an ambitious, results-oriented Recruiter to help identify and place exceptional talent across a variety of technical and business roles. This is a fully remote, commission-based position designed for recruiters who enjoy working independently, building strong candidate relationships, and earning uncapped commissions for successful placements.
What you'll do
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative recruiting strategies.
- Screen candidates to evaluate their experience, skills, and overall fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Drive successful placements while consistently meeting recruiting goals.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying high-quality candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation model.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools is beneficial.
