About the Role
We’re hiring a high-performance 360 Recruiter / Account Manager to build and own a desk within the technology sector. This is a full-cycle role combining new business development (50%) with candidate delivery and account management (50%).
You will operate like a mini–business owner: generating revenue through client acquisition, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering top-tier technical talent across high-growth companies.
What You’ll Do
Business Development (50%)
- Identify, target, and win new clients across the technology landscape (startups to enterprise)
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to build a consistent pipeline
- Pitch retained and contingent search services to hiring managers and executives
- Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and contracts
- Develop long-term client relationships and expand existing accounts
Recruiting & Delivery (50%)
- Source, engage, and qualify top technical talent (e.g., software engineers, AI/ML, infrastructure, product)
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle: outreach, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation, and placement
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality shortlists
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Provide market insights on compensation, hiring trends, and talent availability
