Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole OverviewThe Proposal Manager / Writer supports the full lifecycle of federal proposal development - from RFI to final submission. This role is ideal for someone early in their GovCon career who enjoys writing, coordinating teams, and helping shape winning proposals for federal clients.

- Review RFPs / RFQs and create compliance matrices and outlines
- Draft and edit management, technical, and past performance sections
- Coordinate inputs from SMEs, capture managers, and partners
- Maintain proposal schedules, templates, and content libraries
- Support color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and track action items
- Format and proof final submissions for clarity and compliance
- Assist in preparing slide decks and graphics for oral presentations
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years is preferred in proposal coordination or writing (preferably in GovCon)
- Strong grammar, storytelling, and editing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe PDF
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in fast-paced settings
- Exposure to federal contracting vehicles (GSA, 8(a) STARS III, OASIS , IDIQs or BPAs)
- Interest in Salesforce, or FedRAMP cloud solutions
- Familiarity with GovWin, SAM.gov, or proposal tools
- APMP Foundation Certification (plus)
- Work directly with leadership on high-impact Salesforce modernization proposals
