Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate declarative Salesforce configurations, reports, and Experience Cloud components
- Log, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure requirement traceability and thorough test coverage
- Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Perform data validation and assist with test data setup for various test environments
- Provide input into QA process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives, where applicable
- Prepare testing documentation and test result summaries in accordance with client and internal standards
- Ensure all solutions are compliant with accessibility and 508 requirements, where applicable
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
- 3 years of QA experience, including at least 1 year testing Salesforce applications
- Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including standard and custom objects, Flows, and Lightning components
- Experience testing in Agile or hybrid Agile environments
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with QA best practices, bug tracking systems, and test management tools
- Experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud or OmniStudio components
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestComplete)
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder
- Experience supporting federal clients or working on public sector projects
- Working knowledge of accessibility (Section 508) testing
