What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Buyer position at Stealth Products LLC?
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all processes involving the creation and tracking of purchase orders
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
•Create purchase orders as requested
•Run basic reports requested by management
•Identify and communicate processing errors in both purchase orders and reports
•Create RTV (Return to Vendor) documents and awareness according to established rework processes when requested by management
•Provide purchase order status to Supply Chain including estimated delivery date and any changes in estimated delivery date
•Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
•This is an entry level position
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
•2 years of experience purchasing end items, services, supplies and equipment
•Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)
REQUIRED EDUCATION
•High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED EDUCATION
•Associate’s Degree in business or related field
