About the Role
We are looking for a senior engineer who can work across our entire stack—from React Native mobile apps to Python microservices—and help us scale our platform as we grow. If you’re excited about shaping both product and culture from the ground up, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Work On
Lead development of our iOS, Android, and web applications using React Native
Collaborate closely with founders on product design, architecture, and release strategy
Build and maintain scalable, maintainable codebases that can evolve with our growth
Design and implement scalable Python/Flask microservices in a distributed architecture
Collaborate on system architecture decisions and technical strategy
Contribute to a culture of clarity, trust, and rapid iteration
What We’re Looking For
5 years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
Comfortable working in Linux environments
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating initiative
Prior experience at early-stage startups (seed to Series A)
