Our client, a highly respected and fast-growing law firm in Dallas, is seeking a Senior Foreclosure Attorney to lead complex foreclosure matters and support a high-volume, sophisticated practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a caseload of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure matters.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex foreclosure issues and related litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Advise clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and procedural requirements.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and high-quality work product.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of foreclosure experience with a strong track record in Texas foreclosure law.
- Deep understanding of foreclosure processes, regulations, and timelines.
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering consistent, accurate results.
- Texas Bar admission in good standing.
- Full-time, in-person role
- Salary range: $170,000- $240,000 annually performance bonuses
