Foreclosure Attorney

Our client, a highly respected and fast-growing law firm in Dallas, is seeking a Senior Foreclosure Attorney to lead complex foreclosure matters and support a high-volume, sophisticated practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to take on a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure matters.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex foreclosure issues and related litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Advise clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and procedural requirements.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and high-quality work product.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of foreclosure experience with a strong track record in Texas foreclosure law.
• Deep understanding of foreclosure processes, regulations, and timelines.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering consistent, accurate results.
• Texas Bar admission in good standing.

• Full-time, in-person role
• Salary range: $170,000- $240,000 annually performance bonuses
