Insurance Defense Attorney – Remote
I’m working with a highly respected law firm that is expanding its litigation practice and looking to add experienced Senior Insurance Defense Attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance defense cases from inception through resolution.
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies.
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $260,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
