Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Newport Beach, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney with experience in construction, business, or real estate litigation. This role offers the opportunity to join a sophisticated practice, work directly with seasoned partners, and handle meaningful, high-value matters from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate a variety of construction, business, and real estate disputes.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and support trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to move matters efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, ideally within construction, commercial, or real estate disputes.
- Strong understanding of California civil procedure.
- Excellent writing, research, and courtroom skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- CA Bar admission in good standing.
