Stealth Care Staffing is currently seeking qualified Resisted Nurse (RN) at Long Term Acute Care Facility for employment in the Youngstown/Boardman area for a 13-week contract: 7:00am-7:00pm!
Responsibilities:
- Receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
- Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
- Promoting continuous quality improvement.
- Instructing and counseling patients/families.
Qualifications
- Having a valid RN license in the state in which you are seeking employment.
- Being passionate about working in a critical care environment.
- Possessing a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Possessing Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Being skilled in handling emergency and life-threatening situations.
- Having a positive, compassionate and customer-service oriented attitude.
