We're hiring a Senior Embedded ML Engineer for a rare kind of role. Instead of owning one narrow slice, you will work across the full stack, from embedded systems to the ML compiler and runtime, on a next-generation program that will define our future product line. Your code ships in silicon-adjacent production software, not slideware. You will report to the Manager of Software Engineering and have real autonomy from design through delivery.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship production embedded and systems software in C and Python
- Contribute across the ML compiler and runtime stack (MLIR/LLVM) and support bring-up of new models on novel hardware
- Drive assigned tasks independently from design through delivery, with high ownership and visibility
- Own build, test, and CI workflows (CMake, Make, Git)
- Collaborate with hardware, product management, and engineering teams across the U.S., Europe, and India
What You Bring
- 7-10 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Expert-level C and Python
- Proficiency with CMake, Make, and Git
- Embedded and systems software experience, including memory-constrained environments and the hardware-software boundary
- Machine learning and/or compiler experience; MLIR/LLVM a plus
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
