This is a high-volume, dinner-only venue known for its 'sultry' atmosphere, elevated service standards, and bold culinary profile. We’re looking for a polished operator who can command the room, drive profitability, and curate an exceptional guest experience every night.
What you’ll do
- Lead daily operations for a busy, high-end dinner service.
- Drive financial performance, managing P&L and operational costs.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a service-first FOH team.
- Maintain pristine standards for service, facility, and guest satisfaction.
What they’re looking for
- MUST HAVE: Proven Fine Dining experience. (This is non-negotiable; we need someone who understands elevated steps of service).
- Proven General Manager or Director-level experience.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage labor/COGS.
- Background in high-volume, hospitality-driven environments.
Compensation
- $90k–$100k base (depending on experience).
- Performance bonuses benefits.
