What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW) position at Steady Steps Counseling LLC?
Steady Steps Counseling is a growing telehealth private practice based in Oradell, NJ, looking for a fully licensed LPC or LCSW to join our team.
This is a W-2, fee-for-service position starting part-time with a clear path to full-time. You will carry your own caseload of adults, adolescents, families, and groups with referrals provided, full clinical autonomy, and no supervision requirement.

$55–$60 per session (starts at $55, increases to $60 after 90 days averaging 15 sessions/week)

Telehealth-first with optional in-person at our Oradell, NJ office. In-person is never required, always available.
What we are looking for:
Active, unrestricted NJ LPC or LCSW license in good standing
Telehealth-ready and comfortable with insurance documentation
Self-directed, reliable, and genuinely passionate about clinical work
Audit-compliant progress note writing
