What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions.
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing, creative outreach, and optimized job postings.
- Optimize recruiting channels (job boards, sponsored ads, sourcing tools) to maximize applicant quality and efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and recruiting technology.
- Act as a brand ambassador—get candidates genuinely excited about joining Steadily.
- Proven experience: 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong communicator: Able to build trust quickly and influence candidates throughout the process.
- Detail-oriented: High standards for candidate experience, organization, and follow-through.
- Data-driven & tech-savvy: Comfortable using recruiting tools, analytics, and systems to improve outcomes.
- Self-starter: Operates with urgency, ownership, and minimal oversight.

- Base Salary: $130,000
