Daily Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Representative:
- Our Sales Trainees develop and execute direct marketing campaigns and face-to-face outreach.
- Engage directly with community members, explain the program, and guide eligible customers through the application process
- Manage customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping for marketing and sales efforts.
- Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to the marketing & sales teams to improve results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
Qualifications of a Wireless Sales Representative:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; must be 18 years or older to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or related fields- experience in direct marketing or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing trends
