What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Sewing lead position at Steadfast Systems?
Steadfast Systems is seeking an experienced production oriented sewing lead to anchor our Dillon MT facility. This is an in person only opportunity with excellent opportunity for growth. Steadfast is a dynamic problem stoving studio with diverse manufacturing capabilities.
A qualified candidate will demonstrate:
Hard skills:
Prior vocational production sewing skills, including but not limited, equipment, outdoor or tactical gear, technical apparel, or safety and rigging.
Experience reading and preparing a run form a PO and tech pack.
Experience leading a sewing cell or small team of production sewers.

- Willingness to accept coaching, apply feedback, and improve steadily
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit for long periods while performing sewing and production work
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Must be able to work with materials and products safely and carefully in a hands-on shop environment
