Responsibilities
' Develop and implement individualized behavioral plans based on client needs.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent support.
- Provide training and guidance on behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and medical standards.
- Support clients during daily activities, promoting skill development.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all clients.
Qualifications
' Proven experience in applied behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with autism, or developmental disabilities.
- Strong data collection and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certification in behavior analysis or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Compassionate attitude and dedication to client well-being.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
