We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this individual will help oversee daily quality assurance operations, maintain food safety programs, and support continuous improvement throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SQF, HACCP, and other Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.
- Oversee internal and external sanitation teams, as well as QA floor technicians.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with audit preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Review, manage, and organize production batch records and batch cards.
- Maintain and update production logs and quality assurance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets for Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Kosher, Organic, Social Accountability, Non-GMO, and Supplier Approval programs.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality specifications.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and quality standards.
- Provide day-to-day support to QA management and production teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or a related field within the food industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- SQF and HACCP certifications required.
- PCQI certification is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office and Netsuite.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality systems, sanitation practices, and audit requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
