• Clean-cut, professional appearance (suit/coat-level presentation)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, approachable, and polished demeanor
• Ability to engage with clients, tenants, and guests professionally
• High level of situational awareness and accountability
• Prior experience in hospitality, concierge, or high-end security is a plus
• Active up to date Guard card
