Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Are you a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant looking for a Full-time role where you can grow, learn, and make a difference? Join our expanding team to support our newest Primary Care Practice at Cross Creek Ranch, on a full time basis with opportunities to grow with the location.

We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our team who has minimum of 2 years experience working in a Primary Care Clinic. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in both clinical and administrative roles, providing a positive impact on our patients' lives while gaining valuable experience. Language skills in either Spanish or Mandarin would be an advantage

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Providing Front Desk Operations – Conduct check-in/check-out, scheduling, and referrals.

✅ Helping Patients Feel Comfortable & Cared For – Triage, take vitals, and prepare patients for their visits.
✅ Providing Hands-On Clinical Assistance – Administer vaccines, perform EKGs, assist in minor procedures, and conduct rapid tests.
✅ Managing Patient Flow Efficiently – Ensure appointments run smoothly for both patients and providers.
✅ Handling Blood Draws & Lab Tests – Strong phlebotomy skills required (Quest Diagnostics experience preferred).

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin & English (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in a medical office (Primary/Urgent Care preferred)
• Excellent multitasking & organizational skills
• An independent, enthusiastic professional with a positive attitude & strong attention to detail
