Job Summary
Steadfast Home Buyers is a real estate investment company that helps homeowners find the best solution for selling their property — whether that’s a fast cash sale or listing on the open market.
When we encounter sellers who would benefit more from listing traditionally, we connect them with a trusted agent — that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a professional and friendly Licensed Real Estate Agent to partner with us and handle listing referrals from our inbound lead pipeline. These are warm, motivated leads, not cold calls.
What you’ll do
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on market conditions and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property showings and virtual tours to showcase properties effectively.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, transaction coordinators, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals successfully.
- Active real estate license in TENNESSEE
- 2 years of residential sales experience (listing experience preferred).
- Comfort working with homeowners in a variety of situations (pre-foreclosure, inherited homes, etc.).
- A collaborative, solution-oriented attitude — investor-friendly mindset is a big plus!
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Creative marketing skills to develop compelling property listings that stand out.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs efficiently.
