Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor and Concrete Polish Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality epoxy coatings and polishing concrete surfaces to achieve durable, aesthetically pleasing finishes across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Your expertise will help transform plain concrete into stunning, long-lasting floors that meet client specifications and industry standards. Duties
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot blasting, or etching to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings and polish.
- Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats with precision using appropriate hand tools and power equipment.
- Operate concrete grinders, polishers, and other heavy machinery to achieve desired surface smoothness and gloss levels.
- Inspect finished floors for quality control, ensuring even coverage, proper curing, and adherence to project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of surface preparation and application processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on flooring installation or surface finishing is highly preferred, but no experience is needed!
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 – 42.0 per week
