The Recruiting Account Manager at Steadfast Employment is the primary liaison between our clients and recruiting teams, ensuring that staffing solutions are delivered with excellence and efficiency. This role is crucial for building strong, lasting client partnerships and driving our mission to strengthen teams and build careers every day. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, adaptable, and thrives in the fast-paced environment of a staffing agency. You will oversee client accounts, understand unique hiring needs, coordinate recruitment efforts, and ensure client satisfaction, helping us deliver outstanding service and results.
Key Responsibilities
· Account Management & Client Relations
o Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts, understanding their business needs and hiring requirements.
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and delivering exceptional service.
· Recruiting & Candidate Management
o Recruit for open positions across Skilled Trade, Light Manufacturing, Industrial, and/or Professional sectors for accounts you manage.
o Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, Facebook, company website), networking, referrals, and individual creativity.
o Advertise job openings, craft engaging job posts, and promote opportunities on multiple channels.
o Interview candidates, assess their skills and fit, and maintain strong relationships with job seekers.
o Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and text (using Whippy), keeping them informed throughout the process.
· Sales & Business Development
o Make proactive sales calls and expand business with existing and prospective clients.
o Attend job fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines and promote Steadfast Employment.
· Hiring & Onboarding
o Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process for both parties.
o Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding, including start dates, pay rates, and required PPE or documentation.
o Handle employee terminations as needed, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
· Administration & Compliance
o Enter and maintain accurate data in client and candidate accounts, documenting all conversations and actions.
o Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
o Coordinate monthly client drop-offs (delivering food or company merchandise) to strengthen client relationships.
