Providers work closely with experienced APPs, RNs, and administrative staff across outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, hospital-based call, and medical diagnostic units. Practice Highlights Blend of outpatient clinic, procedures, and inpatient consultative care Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week Primary practice location in Bend, Oregon Strong APP and RN support Epic EMR system Advanced endoscopic skills including EUS and ERCP welcomed but not required Collaborative and collegial physician culture Responsibilities Perform diagnostic GI procedures including EGD and colonoscopy Provide comprehensive care for a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered care Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and prevention Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation Qualifications Required MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship training Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Oregon medical license or ability to obtain DEA certification Preferred EUS and ERCP experience Experience in hospital and outpatient GI practice settings Why St. Charles Health System?
