Job Summary
STC Events is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing sales team as a Customer Support Representative. We rely on the generosity and support within our community to meet our sales goals. As a Customer Support Representative, you will directly support the sales team by directly interacting with potential supporters and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process to help us meet our sales goals.
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for building meaningful relationships within the community, providing sales support, and ensuring a positive experience for our supporters.
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
- Serve as the first point of contact in-person for prospective and existing customers, promoting our products and services
- Support the sales team and other Customer Support Representative in developing and refining sales strategies and customer service initiatives to drive retention and boost performance
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and ways to enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to the company's sales goals
- Attend weekly meetings with the sales team and other Customer Support Representative to improve sales techniques and develop leadership skills
- Stay current on products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and improve sales opportunities
Qualifications of the Customer Support Representative:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in sales, customer service, or as a Customer Support Representative is preferred
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced sales environment
