We are seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developerto design and implement robust, scalable systems that integrate operational and laboratory workflows into a unified, secure platform — with the long-term goal of enabling advanced analytics and machine learning.
The Opportunity
You will design, build, and deploy mission-critical applications that improve operational efficiency and create a strong foundation for future data-driven insights. Your work will enable predictive models, trend analysis, and intelligent workflow recommendations by ensuring the systems are data-rich, well-structured, and ML-ready.
Key Responsibilities
System Development
- Develop enterprise applications that streamline interactions between procurement, laboratory, and quality teams.
- Ensure datasets are clean, structured, and labeled to support future analytics and ML workflows.
Backend & Data Layer
- Develop secure RESTful APIs for current operations and future data science integration.
- Design normalized relational database schemas optimized for high-quality historical data retention.
- Implement metadata and audit trails for compliance and reproducibility.
Frontend & User Experience
- Build responsive, intuitive web interfaces and dashboards for operational KPIs and data visualization.
- Implement role-based access controls and intuitive workflows.
Infrastructure & Deployment
- Deploy applications on secure Linux-based servers using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined updates.
- Prepare infrastructure to support scalable ML model integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven full-stack development experience with:
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 ), and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) or Node.js.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture and secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
- Familiarity with working with JSON data for API communication and data handling.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience in data modeling for transactional and analytical use cases.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with laboratory workflows, LIMS, or inventory systems.
- Experience preparing datasets for machine learning pipelines.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and analytics platforms.
- Exposure to ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Understanding of GxP compliance in regulated environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
