Role Description
STC Biologics Inc. is seeking a full-time, highly motivated Post-Doctoral Scientist specializing in Analytical Protein Chemistry to join our team on-site at our Newton, MA office. The role involves designing and executing laboratory experiments, developing analytical HPLC methods, MS/MS, analyzing protein properties and data, and documenting results. The scientist will contribute to research projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support drug development efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong laboratory skills, with experience in analytical techniques for protein chemistry.
- Proficiency in research and data analysis related to biologics and analytical development.
- Understanding of scientific principles, particularly in physics as it applies to protein structures and properties.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or presenting scientific findings effectively.
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biophysics, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a research environment.
- Previous experience in analytical method development or biologics is highly desirable.
