Caregivers & CNAs – Home Care Positions

StayWell Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for both hourly and live-in positions to provide high-quality in-home and community-based care. No prior experience is required-we provide paid training for the right candidates. Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by the care plan
• Monitor and document client health status, including vital signs and behavioral changes
• Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe environment
• Follow individualized care plans while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Safely use transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisors or family members
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities
• Follow all safety protocols, including CPR and First Aid procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• Caregiver or CNA experience preferred but not required (paid training provided)
• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory care, hospice, or disability care is a plus
• Ability to accurately monitor clients, take vital signs, and assist with medications
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with individualized care plans is highly desirable
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• TB test required prior to start of employment (or proof of recent negative result)
