StayReady is looking for a reliable and experienced AirBnb & Rental Property Cleaner for the cleaning and turnover of AirBnbs, vacation rental homes, and apartments in Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, AirBnbs, and vacation rental homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively.
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Handle heavy lifting for moving furniture or large items safely during deep cleans or setup.
Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
Communicate professionally with property owners or clients regarding cleaning schedules or special requests.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and correctly.
Adhere to time management practices to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled windows.
Perform outdoor work as needed for property upkeep or cleaning exterior spaces.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning AirBnbs and vacation rentals strongly preferred.
Your own standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
Smartphone with reliable communication capability.
Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management with a focus on rental properties or hospitality settings.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation procedures, floor care techniques, and carpet cleaning methods.
Strong familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper manual handling techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or property managers.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments comfortably.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple properties.
Experience with dusting, outdoor cleaning tasks, laundry processes, and general housekeeping duties.
Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles is highly desirable.
Compensation
Typical assignment payout: $30–$100 per completed cleaning
Contractors are paid per completed cleaning assignment, not hourly. The exact payout is provided before you accept each assignment.
Rates vary based on:
Property size
Type of cleaning
Condition of the property
Turnover requirements
Additional services requested
Larger properties may pay $100 per assignment.
