Job Overview
The Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting daily order processing activities while serving as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, returns, and fulfillment-related inquiries. This role ensures accuracy, timely resolution of issues, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process product returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns related to orders and fulfillment.
- Evaluate and investigate errors in order fulfillment to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
- Process and reconcile inventory and order discrepancies.
- Provide general customer service support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails related to order fulfillment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
