Guest Service Representative PM

Duties:

-Front Desk Hours are 3pm-11pm

-Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures

Experience:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
