Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, and mopping, to maintain a polished appearance throughout the hotel.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to meet guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards of hygiene.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure timely repairs.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and customer service to provide a seamless guest experience.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
