Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic understanding of hotel operations and procedures
