Duties
- Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Manage front desk operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with hospitality reservation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized service
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Monitor hotel safety procedures, including emergency protocols, to ensure guest and staff security during overnight hours
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records of nightly activities
- Assist with guest relations by offering multilingual support and fostering positive interactions with diverse clientele
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to address guest needs effectively
- Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle night-time incidents confidently
- Exceptional phone communication skills, including managing multi-line phone systems and client communication
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest services and hotel operations
