**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including omelets, pancakes, and other specialty dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and handling standards
- Handle food orders and communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional guest services, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the breakfast area
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices
- Utilize effective communication skills to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Keep up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
